God created Holy Days for Israelites in order to teach lessons that would result in happiness and prosperity. People lost the meanings of the Holy Days, changed them and eventually abandoned them.
Mark 7:13 Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which
ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye.
If Israelites had continued to keep the Holy Days and learned the lessons they taught, ancient Israel would have survived to be the preeminent world power of our time.
Government Leaders Are Replacing Middle Class Americans With Foreigners
We can take a lesson from the experience of ancient Israelites because we now face an issue that could destroy us in the way that it destroyed Israel. Our issue is the never-ending flood of illegal labor/immigration into our nation.
The flood of illegal labor/immigration is far more destructive to American families than floods of rain water.
There is an eerie correlation between the rising waters that destroyed the pre-flood world and the rising flood of illegal laborers that will soon destroy the economy of the United States.
Matthew 24:37 As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man.
Corporate Republicans and Liberal Democrats are encouraging this flood because they believe that their political and career interests are better served. The reality is that many "leaders" in Washington DC are at war with the Middle Class. They ignore the protests of Middle Class American workers to stop the flood. Or, they pretend to be concerned when in fact, they do everything to continue the flood.
For example Obama just REMOVED over a thousand guards from the American border with Mexico. This will result in an EXPONENTIAL INCREASE OF THE FLOOD OF ILLEGAL LABORERS/IMMIGRANTS, millions more unemployed Americans, millions more Working Poor, increased taxes for social programs and increased manufacturing-trafficking of illegal drugs by desperate poor people. You need to understand that a cultural and economic war is being waged by Washington leaders AGAINST YOU in order to lower your wages and neutralize your power as a Middle Class voter.
A basic law of economics is that companies pay starvation wages when there are too many workers. Wages and job opportunities go up ONLY WHEN THERE ARE FEWER WORKERS.
This never-ending flood of new labor is destroying the working poor, who include Mexican Americans, Black Americans, Native Americans, Asian Americans and White Americans. The intended effect of the flood of illegal labor is to suppress wages until the working poor are economic slaves that will accept every abuse by their company masters.
Class Warfare on American Workers & American Values
Actions by American presidents, congressmen and judges who encourage the flood of illegal laborers are tantamount to war on you and me as Middle Class Americans. This concept is hard to accept by naive Americans because they tend to believe that "leaders" are for Middle Class Americans. The phenomenon of Tea Party rallies is visible evidence that growing numbers of Americans are waking up to the war that is being waged on them by their "leaders." Like I have long predicted from Bible studies, a violent Civil War is only a few turbulent years away. The "leadership" in Washington WILL NOT SURVIVE, and neither should it survive because it is hopelessly corrupt and beyond peaceful change.
Our American Way of Life, our values & our culture are being drowned in a flood of illegal laborers & illegal immigrants.
The reality is that Corporate Republicans want to replace Middle Class American workers with a flood of slave laborers that will work for starvation wages and receive no benefits. Liberal Democrats want to replace Middle Class American voters (who have higher moral values) with a class of citizens who will consistently vote for Liberal politicians because of their dependency on government handouts.
Tyrants Replace Populations
We can think of the never-ending flood of illegal laborers/immigrants as a conscious attempt to replace the Middle Class population of the US with an invading population of foreigners. This is a tactic that was used by tyrants throughout world history. Hitler intended to replace the people of Russian with Germans. Stalin replaced the population of satellite nations with Russians. Marxist Chinese are now replacing Tibetans with loyal Chinese. No good comes from this tactic because it results in ethnic wars that continue for millennia. We witness this in Bosnia where populations of Muslims were once planted in Orthodox lands by Muslim conquerors. This has resulted in ethnic wars that could go on for eternity. Through the Days of Unleavened Bread, we see that God votes "No" on territorial conquest and the supplanting of populations.
Days of Unleavened Bread: God Votes "NO" on Illegal Labor/Immigration
Let us examine the Days of Unleavened Bread in order to see how they relate to illegal labor/immigration. First, let us deal with the belief that we are not required to understand the lessons that are taught through the Holy Days. Some ministers claim that we are blessed to be free of Holy Days, because they were meaningless rituals. But, God said that every word in the Bible has meaning, so we should not be opposed to understanding Holy Days.
Jesus died in order to give to you a better way of life. Satan uses evil government leaders to give to you a terrible way of life.
Christians who study Holy Days have an advantage over Christians who do not, because they know what position to take on some important issues like illegal labor/immigration. People sometimes ask themselves how God would vote on some issues. People who have studied the Days of Unleavened Bread should indeed know how God would vote on the issue of illegal labor/immigration.
It should be stated in advance that God set up positive rules of conduct regarding foreign laborers who legally work in His nation. For example, we are not to cheat foreign laborers out of their pay. If a foreign laborer wants to convert to our religion, we are to be supportive. Foreign laborers who are legally in our country are welcome to charity from Church organizations. Foreign laborers are welcome to apply for citizenship.
In contrast to a benevolent attitude about legal laborers/immigrants, God has an intolerant attitude about illegal labor/immigration. The Days of Unleavened Bread explain the attitude of God.
Days of Unleavened Bread: How to Celebrate These Holy Days
People of the Western World have a curious tradition that dates back to Biblical times. It is called "Spring-Cleaning." This ancient ritual began when God instructed women to clean all their old yeast cultures out of their kitchens each year and then to start a new yeast culture for the next year.
In olden times, women kept blobs of moist flour dough that served as their source of live yeast. We could call this blob a Mother Culture. Every day of the year, women would pinch off part of the Mother Culture and use it as a leavening agent for their daily bread.
Our American ritual of Spring-Cleaning was once known as the Days of Unleavened Bread, which occurred in Spring. During these days, women would not make leavened bread until all traces of the old yeast were dead. Women searched everywhere in their houses in order to find and throw away any traces of the old culture. In the course of this ritual, women thoroughly cleaned their houses.
God set a time of 7 days for old yeast cultures to die and for homes to be cleansed. For those 7 days, women fed unleavened bread to their families in order to make sure that the old culture was not revived and used. Women did not want their old cultures to survive and to contaminate their new cultures.
After 7 days, all the old yeast cultures were dead and women began new blobs of dough that would serve as Mother Cultures for the making of bread the next year.
Meaning of Leaven
The word, leaven, is inadequate to explain the lessons of the Days of Unleavened Bread, because we are limited to the concept of egotism and erroneous beliefs. For example, Jesus warned people to beware of the leaven of the Pharisees.
Matthew 16:12 Then they understood that He did not say to beware of the leaven of bread, but of the teaching of the Pharisees and Sadducees.
We assume that the only lesson to be learned from these 7 Holy Days is that a person should not be egotistical. We look at leavened bread and see that it is full of air. We could smash down an entire loaf of bread into a lump that is the size of a tennis ball. We could compare a bloated loaf of bread to a speech by a politician that could be condensed into a few paragraphs. We could also compare leavened bread to the bloated egos of people who do not see themselves realistically and humbly. These are trivial lessons to learn from the Days of Unleavened bread when they are compared to the really big lessons.
A really big lesson to be learned from the Days of Unleavened Bread is that a nation must protect its culture as if it were an ecosystem. Women killed the bad culture so that it would not contaminate the good culture and eventually destroy it.
Death of Bad Culture
God destroyed cultures in the Land of Canaan that were evil. Today we have a difficult time imagining the cultures that were too often characteristic of the pre-Israelite and pre-Christian era. Atheists are guilty of distorting history to the point that many people believe that the pre-Christian world was utopian. Nothing could be further from the truth. The world was brutal and self-destructive. Judaism and Christianity have led the world toward civility. That is why backward cultures look to leaders of Christian nations to elevate them from their backward environments. Even with all the corruption of leaders in the Western World, the Western culture has been a million times better than brutal cultures of the Old World.
Jeremiah 10:2 Thus said the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen,
For example, some cultures required a never-ending supply of young people to be sacrificed to gods. Does any reasonable person think that cultures like that have a right to survive? No, only atheists say that cultures like this are better than Christian culture. They would rather see young people sacrificed than see them become Christians. God opposes atheists on this point. God wants bad cultures to be destroyed.
We must do everything that we can to reject the bad culture that corrupt government leaders would enslave us to- and defend our good culture that our Forefathers gave to us.
Deuteronomy 33:27 The eternal God is a dwelling place, And underneath are the everlasting arms; And He drove out the enemy from before you, And said, 'Destroy!'
Passover Sacrifice
Middle Class Americans are in a struggle to preserve their Christian culture from an attack by an opposing culture. The opposing culture is referred to in the Book of Revelation. The Anti-Christ is head of this culture. Most people do not notice that atheists are Anti-Christs. The Anti-Christ of Revelation is the leader of atheists in the United States. Atheists make up the Liberal coalition in the Democratic Party. In other words, Jesus is coming to destroy Americans who are atheists. And Middle Class workers who vote for atheists are voting for enemies of God.
The reason that the Days of Unleavened Bread came immediately after the Passover was that Jesus began a new Mother Culture through His sacrifice on Passover. The New Mother Culture is the Christian Church. The death of Jesus symbolized the death of bad culture. The New Jesus symbolized good culture. We are to throw out bad cultures so that good cultures will replace them. Americans must thoroughly purge the government and society of the atheist culture. We must also purge our government and society of the culture of greed that survives because of Corporate Republicans and the lobby industry. Use your vote before it is drowned in a flood of illegal immigrants who will vote against you and your values in every election.
This Bible study is designed for Christians, but it pertains to people who have valuable cultural beliefs that need to be protected from the atheist movement. For example, people who belong to cultures that champion meditation and peaceful coexistence could benefit from an understanding of the Days of unleavened Bread.
